Thai Turkey Burger with Lemongrass & Ginger Mayo

This is our last burger recipe to prepare you for the upcoming long weekend. This has got to be my favorite burger recipe, it is on repeat in my home all summer long! I like to top this burger with grilled bok choy and serve it alongside a coleslaw of kale, brussel sprouts and red cabbage. It also pairs perfectly with a cold glass of pinot grigio. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:

Burger

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey

  • 1 Tsp. Fish Sauce

  • 1 Tsp. Saracha Sauce

  • 1 Tsp. Soya Sauce

  • 1 Tsp. Ginger

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic

  • 1 Tsp. Lemongrass

  • 1 Thai Chili, Sliced

  • 4 Green Onions, Sliced

  • Handful cilantro, Chopped

  • Zest of one Lime, Grated

Mayo

  • 1/2 Cup regular Mayo

  • 1 Tsp. Ginger

  • 2 Tsp. Lemongrass

Directions

  1. Place all burger ingredients together in a large bowl and mix together,

  2. Form into 4 patties and set aside.

  3. Mix all mayo ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside.

  4. Turn BBQ on to medium heat and cook burgers for 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Serve on buns dressed with mayo

Serves: 4 people

Time: 30 minutes
