Mason Jar Parfits
Happy Sunny Monday! This week on the blog we are getting ready for Mother's Day Brunch! Every year my family and I enjoy a beautiful brunch at the golf course near our home. It's nice for no one to have to worry about cooking and cleaning for the day. If you prefer a more low key Mother's Day's this week we will be featuring 3 brunch recipes for the special occasion. Today's is a SUPER easy one, no cooking involved, Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla Greek Yogurt (or any kind of Greek Yogurt)
2 Cups Granola
2 Cups Fresh Fruit
4 Tbsp Roasted Shaved Coconut
Directions:
Assemble all ingredients together in mason jars, starting with yogurt.
Sprinkle coconut on top and drizzle with honey.
Serves: 4 people
