Grilled Basa Tacos with Stawberry, Mango Salsa and Lime Yogurt Sauce

This dish is so fresh and colorful it just screams thoughts of warmer temps and brighter days! It is super easy, perfect for a weeknight meal, and is full of flavor. Serve alongside an ice cold light beer and you are golden. I will be enjoying this recipe on repeat this spring and summer.Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Fish
2 Tbsp. Cumin
2 Tbsp. Chili powder
2 Tsp. Coriander, ground
2 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
6 Basa fillets
olive oil
Juice of half a lime
Salt & Pepper
coconut oil
6 tortillas
Strawberry Mango Salsa
1 Cup strawberries, slices
1 Cup mango, sliced in 1" cubes
1 Handful cilantro, chopped
1 Handful mint, chopped
1/4 cup red onion
Juice of 1 lime
Lime Yogurt Sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. Lime juice
1 Tsp. Lime rind, grated
1-2 Tbsp Cold water (or more if the sauce is too thick)
Garnish
Limes
Cilantro
Mint
Chilies
Directions:
First we're going to make the salsa
Mix all the salsa ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside son the flavours can come together (this can be made a few hours prior to serving)
Second we're going to make the yogurt sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl, adding additional water if the sauce is too thick (this can also be made a few hours prior to serving)

Third we're going to make the fish
Mix together all of the spices in a small bowl and set aside
Drizzle the fish with olive oil and lime juice then season with salt and pepper.
Cover fish with spices, rubbing into the fish so the they stick.
Set fish aside foe 20 minutes
Heat 1 Tbsp. coconut oil in a grill pan and cook fish, turning after 5 minutes. Cook till fish is browned and cooked throughout
Serve in tortillas topped with yogurt sauce and salsa. Garnish with extra limes, cilantro, mint and chilies.
