Part #2 of our Holiday Pizza's - Pear & Permission Pizza with Proscuitto, Walnuts and Feta

This is our second Holiday Pizza recipe, again with flavours that taste of the season. The pizza base is seasoned with sage, thyme, cloves and allspice which will fill the house of gingerbread scents. This is the perfect pizza for a night in watching Christmas classics or to be shared with friends as a holiday appetizer. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 half of store bought pizza dough
handful cornmeal
3 tbsp olive oil (may need more it's up to you!)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp all-spice

1/2 tsp cloves
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pear thinnly sliced
1/2 permission thinnly sliced
1/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
6 Proscuitto Slices
Honey for drizzling
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Roll out pizza dough on floured surface into 12" diameter round pizza.
Lightly dust cornmeal on top face of dough, flip it over and place on pizza stone or breathable pizza pan
Mix together olive oil and spices and brush on top of pizza. Top with Pear and Permission slices and drizzle with honey
Cook for 15-20 minutes or till the top has lightly browned.
Pull from oven and top with proscuitto, walnuts and feta cheese.
Drizzle with additional honey and cut into slices.
Yield: 1 12" pizza usuailly 6 slices

Time: 45 minutes
