Eggnog French Toast

This right here is the perfect recipe for your Holiday Sunday Brunch, Eggnog French Toast. A few simple ingredients turn into the most perfect Christmas Breakfast. It can also be made the night before making it perfect for Christmas Morning. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 Loaf bread, torn into small pieces 
- 2 cups eggnog 
- 4 large eggs 
- 1 Tsp. vanilla 
- 1 Tsp. cinnamon 
- 1/4 Tsp nutmeg 
- 1/4 Tsp. cloves 
- Icing sugar and maple syrup for serving 
Directions:
- Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and fill with torn bread pieces. 
- In large bowl mix eggnog, eggs, vanilla and spices and pour over bread 
- Allow to sit for 2 hours or overnight 
- Heat oven to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes or till golden brown on the top 
- Serve sprinkled with icing sugar and maple syrup 
Time: 45 minutes (not including sitting time)
Serves: 6 people
