Eggnog French Toast

This right here is the perfect recipe for your Holiday Sunday Brunch, Eggnog French Toast. A few simple ingredients turn into the most perfect Christmas Breakfast. It can also be made the night before making it perfect for Christmas Morning. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 Loaf bread, torn into small pieces
2 cups eggnog
4 large eggs
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1/4 Tsp nutmeg
1/4 Tsp. cloves
Icing sugar and maple syrup for serving
Directions:
Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and fill with torn bread pieces.
In large bowl mix eggnog, eggs, vanilla and spices and pour over bread
Allow to sit for 2 hours or overnight
Heat oven to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes or till golden brown on the top
Serve sprinkled with icing sugar and maple syrup
Time: 45 minutes (not including sitting time)
Serves: 6 people
